Eligibility Requirements:
Participants: Ages 3-15
Art forms: Watercolor, crayon drawings, cartoons, oil paintings, paper cuttings, etc.
All original works are welcome.
Work Requirements:
1. Entries must align with the current theme and have positive content.
2. The composition should be complete and unique, with a sense of childlike fun and rich imagination.
3. Children can create their artwork independently under the guidance of teachers and parents.
4. The subject matter, materials, and presentation styles are unrestricted (only accepting scanned version).
5. Each painting must be no smaller than A3 in size, with a resolution of at least 300 dpi.

Intellectual Property Rights
1. The intellectual property rights of the winning works belong to TUTUMOMO Cultural Communication (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., while the author retains the right to be credited;
2. The intellectual property rights of other non-winning works belong to the participants themselves;
3. In case there is any infringement of others' intellectual property rights or disputes over intellectual property rights with other participants' works, the organizing committee reserves the right to disqualify the participant. Any legal liabilities arising from the infringement of intellectual property rights of the participating works shall be borne entirely by the participant, who must also compensate for any losses caused to the competition.
Participation Regulations Statement
1. To ensure the quality of the works, the organizing body reserves the right to leave some awards vacant or add new ones;
2. In case of any dispute over the award results, the final decision made by the review panel shall prevail;
3. The participating works must be original. If any other party raises disputes regarding intellectual property rights of the participating products, it shall be handled by the participant;
4. The organizing committee of the competition, Tumutumu Culture Communication (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., Dr. Lite, and Duoduo Bear International Art Education, reserve the final interpretation rights for this event.
